You own the programme. Project Managers at Moxie lead client work from brief to follow-up: timelines, partners, production, and the room on the night — so enterprise IT brands get a live moment that is sharp, on budget, and ready for sales follow-up.

- Lead project planning, work breakdown, and run-of-show from kickoff to wrap
- Own schedule, budget, and spend reporting through every stage of delivery
- Brief and supervise the project team, vendors, and production partners
- Translate stakeholder goals into a plan the room can actually execute
- Keep client communication clear, proactive, and tied to outcomes
- Protect quality on site: guest experience, production, and same-week follow-up
您帶來的
- Degree in marketing or a related field preferred
- At least five years in event management or marketing delivery
- Strong organisation, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Calm under pressure and self-directed in a fast agency pace
- Clear written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese word processing
