You keep the room moving. Event Helpers work beside producers and project leads at enterprise IT summits, partner nights, and always-on activations — from load-in and guest welcome through wrap, so every live moment stays sharp and hospitable.

- Support load-in, set-up, and pack-down for summits, dinners, and partner activations
- Staff registration, guest welcome, and wayfinding so attendees move with ease
- Check vendor deliveries, materials, and on-site kit against the run-of-show
- Help with seating, signage, premiums, and last-minute production fixes
- Capture notes, guest issues, and follow-ups for the project lead after the event
您帶來的
- Reliable, calm, and presentable under live-event pressure
- Clear spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Comfortable with long event days and occasional evening or weekend calls
- Team-minded: you take direction well and flag problems early
- Based in Hong Kong and able to work on-site at venues across the city

- Prior event, hospitality, or exhibition-floor experience
- Familiarity with registration tools or guest-list handling
